Spanish Town Handcuffs

In Jamaica, they had a saying "tough like Spanish Town handcuffs", which was used to describe a muscular woman. I dunno why Spanish Town handcuffs were deemed to be tougher than anything else, but I do know that the term was never used positively. LOL.

When I was trying out for the FDNY, my stomach was relatively close to this. Then I didn't get in, and I cut down my gym time from 5 days to 4 days/week.

I miss my washboards and my butt that could bounce a quarter (yes, I tried), but I do like my new C-cups that have bloomed now that I'm not lifting weights anymore.

Hmm, go back for the washboards or keep the breasts?

Ah, decisions, decisions...

I don't think a washboard stomach is necessary on a woman. I think I prefer it just flat. I am not huge on breasts either though... I am a legs man. So how dih legs looking SE?

So you workout 4 days a week? I have started doing that myself... but only to compliment my soccer in the evenings. I was doing so much cardio I started to lose weight and needed to increase my muscle mass just to stay above 175lbs.

We should exchange workout tips.

I hate you  I have the dreaded women's pooch that won't go away (but then again, I won't give up my daily dose of ice cream or my venti caramel macchiatto's)

But as for what you want to do...what are you most comfortable with? Although at times I don't appreciate the girls, I hate to see them shrink when I lose weight.

@ Fiyah: if I didn't know u, I'd take that "workout tips" comment in a whooooole 'nother direction. LOL.

Self praise is no recommendation but the legs are my secret weapon. I don't show 'em often, but when I do...hehe.

@Search, ever since I was a little girl I've dreamed of having a womanly shape, complete with curves, breasts and ass. I've resigned myslef to the fact that I'll prolly be shaped like a prepubescent boy for the rest of my life...unless I get pregnant. The breasts are nice...but so is looking in the mirror and seeing muscles on my stomach. *sigh*

@SE: For the fun of it... just pretend you don't know me :P

If the legs look anything like I remember them looking then you have quite the WMDs there. You don't need the (bigger) breasts.

I am glad that you brought this topic to light. As one of the fellas, I can honestly say that I have a complex against women who are like the one in that picture or the ones that you see on body builder channels on TV. Call me a male shov...I don't care. There is just something about a woman with a little more curves than not that just does the right thing to me. hehe...There is nothing wrong with being in great shape regardless of gender, but "too much of a good thing" is certainly applicable to me in this situation.

Marangand, you have never heard the phrase "Yuh tuff like Spanish Town han'cuff"?? Hmm, I thought that was a classic like "tief like Miss Thomas Puss" or "hot like 9 day love" or "lie like when time horse a gallop inna Caymanas Park" (I don't understand the reference in this one).

And alas, I can't have both. The flattening of one inadvertently results in the flattening of the other and vice versa.
