*sigh*

I'm never wrong when it comes to picking dudes for my friends. I always observe the signals they don't and can usually spot compatible personalities a mile off.

I have an unblemished track record.

Pity that doesn't translate into my own personal life. LOL. I can never tell when a dude's interested in me. I'd met a guy at the gym a few months ago. I was sure he was into me. Positive. That was until we were chatting casually one day, and he threw in some lovesick comment about the wife and kept going. Then it occurred to me that:

a) I'd forgotten to look for a wedding ring before I started having a crush on the dude (Actually, now that I think about it I never really look for wedding rings; I always kinda just assume that if dude is chatting me up, he wouldn't have the nerve to wear a wedding ring, but after CP's latest motel debacle, I probably shouldn't be so presumptuous. LOL), and

b) He was being friendly and I'd misread the whole thing.

Thankfully, I had not texted him at an inappropriate hour, or invited him out on a date. Thank God I'd decided that I was being traditional woman this month. Hehe.

Ah well...
