Givin' It Up...
At first I thought that I would give up dating; then I realized that I don't get enough dates for it to be a meaningful sacrifice.
Then I thought I'd give up bread - as I had my egg and turkey sausage on a roll this morning.
Then I thought I'd give up shellfish; but my dad is gonna be here on Friday (whoo-mutha-effin-hoo!) and he loves shellfish, so I want to be able to have one such experience with him.
So I decided that I'd give up the message board that I frequent all the time. Forty-six days of no dancehallreggae.com might be a good thing. In addition, the time I'd usually spend on DHR is going to be dedicated to a productive activity...hmm, I might have to think on that one some more, considering that I usually log on when I'm at work (when I'm supposed to be doing productive activity to begin with...LOL).
And I've been trying to get over an addiction to the ex, so I think I'm gonna give him up for Lent as well.
So there you have it...

@Search, no lurking, no checkin' PMs, no nuffin...DHR will not darken my doorstep/browser window until...um, when is this thing over anyway? Palm Sunday, perhaps?
